2009 Annual Meeting of the American Association of Diabetes Educators

Children with Diabetes exhibited at the 2009 American Association of Diabetes Educators annual meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, in August 2009. We were very happy to be in our new, much improved booth, which allowed us to show 20 panels from the Quilt for Life, two slide shows, and two computers running the web site. We also handed out our CWD brochures and gave away left over CWD Friends for Life t-shirts to diabetes educators from across the country. Time and again, people came up to our booth and told us that they loved the Children with Diabetes web site and that they recommended it to their patients. We were very glad to hear that, of course.
