Registration for Friends for Life Seattle 2019, Housing, and Childcare
- Conference Registration
Conference Registration Includes:
- All sessions for adults and children ages 6-17, childcare for children ages 5 and under;
- Friday evening reception;
- Saturday breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon beverage and snack breaks;
- Sunday breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon beverage and snack breaks;
- One t-shirt per person registered.
Cancellations prior to March 1, 2019 will be refunded minus a $25 per person processing fee. Beginning March 1, no refunds are available.
Registration Dates and Pricing:
Children age five and under are $50. For everyone age six or over at the time of the conference, the price is:
- $155 until December 31, 2018
- $165 until March 20, 2019
- $180 beginning March 29, 2019 (on-site registration)
Online registration will open in November 2018.
- Housing Registration
The Renaissance Seattle Hotel is now accepting reservations for Friends for Life Seattle 2019. Rooms are $159/night + tax. You may reserve a room by calling 703-849-9400 or by using Marriott's online reservation system.
Please make sure to state that you are with the Children with Diabetes Friends for Life Seattle 2019 conference. Subject to availability of group rate rooms, you may reserve guest rooms at these rates for three days prior to and following the conference. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Complimentary parking is available.
Corporate Suites may be reserved for hospitality events or entertaining, subject to availability. There are different types of suites and they have different prices; please contact the hotel directly for availability and pricing.
- Conference Waiver
Every family must sign a waiver that covers all family members attending the conference. The waiver is included within your registration packet.
