Teen Sessions |
Activities and discussion groups specifically for teens (ages 12+) will be offered on the same schedule as the adult sessions with the same breaks for snacks and meals. These sessions are for teens with type 1 diabetes as well as their teen siblings and friends. Everyone is welcome! Teens should simply report to the Teen Room each day at 9:00 a.m. Faculty includes Natalie Bellini, Rick Philbin, and Melissa Ringley. Teens will be going off-site and outdoors in the afternoons. A signed permission slip and waiver must be completed at registration in order for teens to participate. |
|
School-Age Children's Sessions |
Programming for school-age children (approximately ages 7-11) will be fun and interactive. No "boring stuff" here! Sessions will run on the same schedule as the adults with the same breaks for snacks and meals. All school-age children are welcome. If younger children wish to participate, they need to have a parent or sitter with them. Children should report each day to the School-Age room. Faculty will include Melissa Ringley, Mike Schurig, Natalie Bellini, and assorted other adult friends!

If a parent would like to volunteer to assist with the school-age children's activities, we would love the help!
