I'm a nursing student, and I am very interested in finding out more about the reduction of microvascular complications of diabetes in children. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time finding a good source of information and research on the subject. I was hoping you may know of some recently published research or articles on the matter, and if so, would you mind helping me.
It's unlikely to see these complications in kids. Look at the Type 1 studies in teenagers and adults, such as the DCCT.
