From Long Beach, New York, USA:

I am a 16 year old male, Type 1, diagnosed at age 7. My morning shot is Humalog and NPH. Is it safe to make the evening shot Regular and NPH?

Yes, you can "mix and match" between Regular and Lispro (Humalog) insulins, as long as you remember the guidelines for when to take each: Regular, about a half-hour before the meal; Lispro, with the meal.
