I am 26 and have recently been diagnosed as having Type 2 diabetes. I tend to drink a lot of fizzy drinks and would like to know what sort of drinks I can have without raising my blood sugar levels too high.
If you stick with diet drinks or carbonated water you should be okay. Watch out for the carbonated flavored waters, they will have some sugar in them which must be accounted for. (I am not sure if you are talking about drinks with alcohol, but that is an entirely different story.)
