From San Marcos, California, USA:
My 1 year 9 month old granddaughter was recently diagnosed with diabetes. She has to have her blood sugar tested 4 times daily. Are there lancets in the market that are more suitable for a baby's tender skin?
If your grandchild is not being seen by a team of specialists experienced in the care of very young children with diabetes, then see what you can do to help this happen. The diabetes educator can help with the best supplies for your grandchild. Depending on her lancet device, she may need to use a specific lancet.
