From Clearwater, Florida, USA:

Can you refer me to any studies or reports of the effectiveness of massage for people with diabetes with regard to helping minimize circulation, nerve, depression problems and other matters?

If you go to PubMed and search under 'Physiotherapy for diabetic complications' you will find nearly 200 references. You can read abstracts in nearly all of them; but you will probably have to go to a Medical Library to look at the full text of any that are of special interest.
