I once had a blood sugar level of 360 mg/dl [20 mmol/L], but I lost weight and went on an exercise program and now my blood sugar level stays normal or below. Would I still be considered to have type 2 diabetes?
I am afraid so. It is great that you have been able to implement those changes. Keep up the good work.
