From Pakistan:

When I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a year ago, my testosterone level was normal, but not so high, and now my sugar is normal. Can normal diabetes affect testosterone level?

Typeá2 diabetes doesn't usually cause lowering of the testosterone levels. It may affect the nerves that influence sexual functioning, however.
