Some doctors suggest that Acarbose be taken with meals. Others say that it can be taken before the meal or up to 15 minutes after the meal. Which is it?


Acarbose is taken with the first bite of food of each main meal. You do not take it for a snack, and you do not take it if you skip the meal.
