From South Windsor, Connecticut, USA:

My daughter, who has type 1 diabetes, has been experiencing headaches. My health care professional says that it is not uncommon for patients with diabetes to experience frequent headache. What causes this problem? Is there anything like diet or exercise that reduce the frequency?

There can be many causes to headaches. Please contact your pediatrician for the best advice.
