Is it better for a person with type 1 diabetes to get the injected flu vaccine or to use the Flu Mist nasal vaccine?


I don't think it matters and, in fact, in most cases, do not specifically recommend flu immunization unless there is some other problem - recurrent infections, lung illness/asthma/bronchitis, etc.
