Use of the Internet to find medical information is growing significantly. People are taking charge of their health care, and the Internet can help them find useful information. Along with helpful information, like you find in Children with Diabetes, there are web sites with old, outdated, incorrect, or confusing information. If you find something on the Internet that you think applies to your medical needs, be sure to discuss it with your health care team.
