Last week, we asked our readers about their insulin regimen. This week, we asked them about their satisfaction with that regimen. As you can see, over half (62%) report being very satisfied, with another 11% extremely satisfied.
Being satisfied with your diabetes care regimen is important, because it correlates with how well you adhere to it, as shown in a recent study (see reference below). If you're not satisfied with your regimen, discuss options with your diabetes care team at your next clinic visit. There are many ways to manage diabetes, and finding the one that works best for you is important.
