Who administers insulin to your child in the child care setting (day care, camps, before-/after-school care)?

Poll dates: November 9 - 16, 2016
Total Votes: 18

With the widespread use of insulin pumps and multiple daily injection therapy among kids with type 1 diabetes, young kids who attend day care, before or after school programs, or camps need to take insulin while away from their parents. We asked our readers to tell us who administers insulin in these situations and found that half report that their child self-administers.
