Rufus finally arrived today! Kaylee has been waiting anxiously for his arrival. Kaylee is five years old and in kindergarten. She was diagnosed with diabetes in May 2003.
We live in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. We are so excited that Rufus has come to visit and that we can show him around. We're going to have a great time!

Today, we went to Edmonton to visit with Kaylee's Great Grandma and Great Grandpa. We spent the whole day there and we even had turkey dinner with them. It was good.

We went to Stettler today to visit Kaylee's other Great Grandma and aunts, uncles, and cousins. We got to have another turkey dinner. It is Thanksgiving weekend this weekend. Rufus likes turkey!

Kaylee took Rufus to school today. She told her class all about Rufus and all about diabetes. We've really enjoyed having Rufus visit. We hope that the next person enjoys him just as much!
