I just got out of school for the day and my mom gave me a box that came in the mail! I was sooo excited when I opened it, because it was RUFUS! I had been waiting for days. Right now, we are driving to rehearsal for a play I am in called Southwest Tails. I just got back from rehearsal...Rufus met a friend of mine that also has diabetes! He met a lot of other friends too, but they didn't have diabetes. Awhile after we got there we checked our blood sugar. We were 55, so we ate some Chex Mix. Then Rufus watched the rest of rehearsal. Now we are driving home to go eat dinner and then go to bed!

We just woke up. Now we are reading. Now we are watching TV. When I woke up I had a very bad rash on my face from the lotion my mom have me. It itched very badly. We called the doctor. She said to put cold compresses on my face, take benadryl every 6 hours, and put on some cortizone cream. Then we went to rehearsal. We had a good time, but my face really itches. We just woke up. We ate breakfast. Now we are watching TV. We have to send Rufus to the Reed family today. We will miss him! We decided to send Rufus off with a present so he will remember us. We bought an Arizona key chain and attached it to a miniature backpack that Rufus can use to collect small items from other friends he visits! (Mom is writing now) Rufus also bought Stephanie a gift for us to give her the opening night of her play, Southwest Tails, which opens this Friday (this will be a surprise for her)! It is the TY Beanie Baby named Rufus, which is a dog that looks just like the character Stephie plays in the show! Bye Rufus ... have a great trip!
