Question from Clinton, Michigan, USA:

I recently visited a remote village in Panama (San Miguel Centro) where an 11 year old boy is seriously ill with diabetes. His family cannot afford medical care because his village economy is based on trade. Do you know of any organizations involved in sponsoring children/families who are in need of medical care for diabetes?
