Question from Erlanger, Kentucky, USA:

There are many electronic scales available. Do you recommend any particular one for carbohydrate counting?

Answer:

From: DTeam Staff

There is not a particular electronic scale that I would recommend over any other. Just make sure to buy one that is accurate. For carbohydrate counting purposes, the more accurate you can make your estimates, including the use of a scale, the better the diabetes management will tend to be. Good luck with meal planning and estimation.
