How can I lose weight when I am medically unable to exercise? I have a heart condition, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, arthritis and type 2 diabetes. I am eating less than 1200 calories daily, 140 grams of carbohydrates, and am unable to lose weight. Can you help?

Ask your primary doctor to refer you to physical therapy to develop an exercise plan that is safe for you with your limitations. That is a great way to get you started with the supervision that you need at first.
