I have had type2 diabetes less than two years, my sugar level is 120-180 mg/dl [6.7-10 mmol/L] and periodically I am getting temporary numbness in the little finger of my left hand and left leg. Is it due to diabetes? If it is, what is the remedy?

I don’t know whether your symptoms are due to diabetes, and I think they needs to be better evaluated in order to rule out diabetic neuropathy. Ask your doctor for a referral to a neurologist.
