I sweat a lot more than people I know, and I read that this might have something to do with my hypoglycemia.

Answer:

Unless your glucose is less than 50 mg/dl [2.8 mmol/L], your hypoglycemia is probably not pathological. Stress, hunger, etc. can make you sweat and feel like you are low when you really are not.
