Question from Pleasant Hill, California, USA:

Is there an official (or unofficial) diluent for NovoLog?

Answer:

From: DTeam Staff

To the best of my knowledge, as of this date, Novo Nordisk has not made their diluents available, unfortunately, despite requests from many pediatric endocrinologist in the USA. You should correspond directly with NovoNordisk headquarters — both in the US and at their international headquarters in Denmark – since Lilly has made their own diluent available for more than 20 years, and most pediatric endocrinologist use it when very small doses are needed (i.e., infants).
