My son has diabetes and has been complaining of stomachaches when he is halfway through his lunch or whenever he eats. This is been going on for a month. He has normal bowl movements. What can cause this?

The most likely cause is “wind,” usually on account of eating too quickly or drinking cold water or juice. However, you should mention this to his diabetes doctor who may wish to do a simple blood test looking for celiac disease, which is more common in people with diabetes.
