Question from Devine, Texas, USA:

My three year old daughter, diagnosed two and a half months ago, is in her honeymoon stage. I’ve just been wondering — when she eats her bedtime snack, is it important that she go right to bed afterward, if she doesn’t get too active?

Answer:

From: DTeam Staff

If she has her evening snack, she does not need to go to bed right away. If she does seem to be really active, after the snack, you might want to offer her a little boost of something else, such as some juice.
