What happens to a non-diabetic person’s blood glucose level if injected with insulin? Does it lower it? I’m curious about the effects of insulin on the body.

Yes, insulin would lower the blood sugar of anyone whether they have diabetes or not. It would be dangerous and possibly life-threatening for anyone without diabetes to take insulin.
