Question from Oreland, Pennsylvania, USA:

I don’t know if I am saying/spelling this correctly, but the doctor told me that my 14 month old might have “diabetes septa?” I have been trying to find information on the net, but I can’t seem to find anything. Can you help me and provide me with what type of disease this is? My doctor also said something about my son’s urine being “concentrated” and he mentioned the kidneys.

I believe your doctor is referring to Diabetes Insipidus, which is different from Diabetes Mellitus, our focus.
