Max Zimmer
From his mom, Peggy:
Max was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at two years old. From being one of youngest children at the time in Minnesota to be on an insulin pump, representing JDRF as their youth ambassador, to playing D1 Men’s Hockey and later professionally, Max never let diabetes control his life, he controlled it! Despite living 25 years with diabetes, Max is healthy, strong, and a true success story. We are so proud of him.
