- 1 lb ground sausage
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c flour
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Using a medium cookie scoop (2 Tbsp) create meatballs and place on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F).
