Question from Toronto, Ontario, Canada:
I have read recently that the American College of Obstetricians says that a pregnant woman may fly up to her 36th week of gestation, but a pregnant woman with diabetes should not fly. Can you explain why? This makes no sense to me, especially if she is in good control.
