Is it possible to get an already planned month’s menu sent to me? I have a friend who has one, but I don’t know where she got it. It gives you a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks meals. It has about 25 different meals for each mealtime.

It’s an ADA project. They have several versions now (regular as well as some ethnic ones, as I remember). You can find them on the ADA web site or from Amazon.com.
