Question from Lake Charles, Louisiana, USA:
My seven year old daughter had a five-hour glucose tolerance test done today, and I was just wondering how to interpret her results. From what I can tell, she only had two out of the seven readings that were a little high. Does this mean she has diabetes?

Your daughter’s physician should be able to best help you interpret the results of your daughter’s testing. See Classification and Diagnosis of Diabetes.
