As of December 2003, the retail price for insulin pumps in the United States is:

Animas:

IR-1000 – $5, 475
IR-1200 – Pricing not yet set

Dana:

Dana Diabecare Pump – $5, 225

Delect:

Cozmo – $5, 595

Disetronic (not currently selling pumps in the US):

H-TRON – $5, 495
D-TRON – $5, 995

Medtronic Minimed:

508 – $5, 495 (rep wasn’t sure that you could purchase a 508)
512 – $5, 995
712 – $5, 995

Nipro:

Amigo – $4, 995

It’s important to note that the actual price paid can depend on the price contracted with your insurance company.
