What would you consider to be appropriate precautions and or preliminary testing prior to placing a 10 year old girl with Turner’s Syndrome (mosaic) and type 1 diabetes on the newly developed depot growth hormone which has been developed to reduce the number of injections from daily to every 15 days? She was previously on daily injections for two years with excellent growth results.
