Question from San Carlos, Maldonado, Uruguay:

My 13 year old nephew, who was diagnosed with type1 diabetes about two and a half years ago, always has sugars high enough to inject 30 units of NPH three times per day and sometimes she has to inject Regular insulin twice per day. Is this normal?

Answer:

From: DTeam Staff
