Being diagnosed just days before Halloween was not fun, but I had amazing support from my family. Having been diabetic for 50 years, I am thrilled with the advances that have come my way. A CGM and insulin pump have been the most important things in my life. Quality of life and actually being able to live are utmost important. I am forever grateful for Lilly’s continued work with the diabetes community.
