Kamryn
From her mom, Kimberly:
Kamryn is truly the strongest and most resilient person I know. She is brave beyond words. She was so young when she was diagnosed she probably doesn’t remember much about before life with T1D. Since her diagnosis, she has said she wants to be a pediatric endocrinologist and is finishing her first semester of her freshman year to Tulane University majoring in neuroscience. She has not let T1D slow her down or prevent her from doing things she loves. She was a competitive cheerleader for seven years. T1D is a challenge every day and she hates it but she conquers it with grace! We pray daily for a cure. Until then, she hopes to make it easier for others.
