I have lived with type 1 diabetes since I was in high school. I am very grateful to still be alive and for all of the care and support that I have received from my family and doctors over the years. I have always accepted my diagnosis and you must understand that you can’t fight it but must learn to live with it. I enjoy photography, opera, football, science, and history.
