For 25 years, I’ve been living with type 1 diabetes, a condition that has profoundly shaped my life. The journey has been filled with challenges, from frequent hospital visits to managing other health conditions that have developed along the way. Despite these hurdles, I’ve found immense strength in my faith and the unwavering support of my husband and loved ones. My husband, who has been with me for 12 years and counting, has been by my side through it all. I’m deeply grateful for his presence and the strength I’ve seen in him. His positivity, despite everything he’s witnessed me go through, is truly inspiring. He has been my rock, always standing by my side with patience, love, and unwavering support. My faith in God has carried me through. There have been times when the weight of my health struggles felt unbearable, but I know that He has been with me through it all. No matter what lies ahead, I trust that He is guiding me, and for that, I am endlessly grateful. Every day is a blessing, and despite the hardships, I choose to face life with hope, joy, and a grateful heart. My story is one of resilience, love, and faith, and I know that with God and my loved ones by my side, I can keep moving forward.
