I really really struggled with T1D for the first nine years. It felt like the end of my world for so long. In the last year I’ve dropped my A1C from 8.4 to 5.9 with support from my girlfriend and finally beating treatment resistant depression. I finally feel like I have a future and it isn’t impossible to get there.
