Children with Diabetes is proud to announce the second CWD President's Award for Innovation. The award is presented to the health care professional that exemplifies extraordinary leadership in using innovation and advancements of technology for insulin delivery and devices that help people with diabetes to thrive.
The solid silver President’s Medal will be presented to the recipient on the occasion of the Annual ATTD Conference. Each President’s Medal also has a cash award that will be made from CWD, in the name of the respective recipient, to a charity of their choosing. Invited guests will receive a bronze version of the President's Medal as a memento.
This year's award will be presented during a dinner on Friday, February 24, 2023 at the Westin Grand Hotel, Friedrichstraße 158-164, 10117 Berlin. The pre-dinner cocktail reception begins at 19:00 in Salon Unter den Linden & Friedrichstadt, 1st floor, followed by dinner and award presentation. Attendance is by invitation only and registration is required.
