Get ready to get moving! Harold is a United States National Master's Aerobic Champion and has been connecting with the youth at CWD events for years to make exercise and moving FUN! Expect to be moving for 20-30 minutes during this session. No special equipment needed! Just bring yourself, and space to move around.

Young adults are invited to join our friends from the College Diabetes Network for an evening meetup to share experiences navigating the challenges of college and young adulthood with type 1 diabetes. CDN will host from 8:00 - 9:00 pm, and we'll keep the meeting going until 11:00 so you can catch up with your FFLs.
