Question from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA:

Could you please list all foods with no carbohydrates?

Answer:

From: DTeam Staff

The only foods with no carbohydrate in them are pure fats and pure proteins. Eggs, plain meats, fish and poultry, butter, cream (not half and half), bacon, sausage, etc. As you can see, this is not a very balanced list of foods, and it is high in saturated fats as a general rule. Please consult with your doctor before you embark on a diet without carbohydrates.
