My daughter has had strep throat five times in a row and has been on antibiotics. Before her throat starts to hurt, her blood sugars are all over the place. Do you have any advice for preventing strep throat? What other medicines can be given to help cure this?

There is no good advice for preventing strep throat. Penicillin is the best choice for getting rid of strep throat.
