Have there ever been any deaths related to hypoglycemia from a person or child who has been on the pump?

I don’t want to create urban legends, so “I don’t know” is the right answer. Can it run away and give hundreds of units: no. Can you get low: sure.

Studies show that there is less hypoglycemia when pumps are used compared to giving insulin by injection.
