Meal Planning, Food and Diet

advertisement
Question from Auckland, New Zealand:

I have had diabetes for six years and have not been eating the right foods so I would like to know more about diets for myself.

Answer:

From: DTeam Staff

I would recommend meeting with a dietitian who works with people with diabetes. Meal plans nowadays are personalized and individualized based on the person’s usual meal times and food preferences. You may be able to contact your local diabetes association or your physician for a referral to a dietitian.
