Question from Dumont, New Jersey, USA:

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes 30 weeks into my pregnancy, and I am taking insulin. Between the carbohydrate restricted diet and insulin, my glucose levels are generally okay, yet I’m still spilling small-moderate amounts of ketones all day. Why?
