Question from Bronx, New York, USA:

I’m a 20 year old girl who has type1 diabetes. Is it true that a person with diabetes cannot donate blood?

Answer:

From: DTeam Staff

I would suggest you check with the American Red Cross regarding your question. I am not sure that is the case.
