Question from St. Albert, Alberta, Canada:

Is the sweetener, Fruitsource, okay to use?

Answer:

From: DTeam Staff

Fruitsource is the brand name of a granulated sugar made from grape juice concentrate and rice syrup. It is a better choice than refined white sugar, but must be used in moderation. Don’t forget to monitor the carbohydrate content in these foods and work them into your meal plan. Good luck with the meal planning.
